ADMISSION 

RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM
Children from throughout the state of Maryland may be enrolled in the Residential program at Salem through referral by local Departments of Social Services, Juvenile Services or Mental Health.

EDUCATION PROGRAM
Admission to Salem School is through local Boards of Education.  Allegany and Garrett County residents may attend as day students.

OUT OF STATE ENROLLMENT
Salem will consider admission of children from out of state under special circumstances.
