EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Salem employees must be at least 21, have a valid driver's license, pass criminal background and Child Protective Services tests, and pass a pre-employment physical and TB test.

POSITIONS

TEACHING PARENT FULL-TIME
Work in one of three Group Homes (7 days on/7 days off) or the short-term Shelter (5 on/5 off) in a Teaching Family model.  Each house has eight beds, with three staff on duty during waking hours with residents.

Teaching parents maintain their own residences off-campus. Children of staff are not permitted to accompany parents to work.

One-two years residential childcare experience helpful, high school diploma required.  BA or BS in Human Services preferred. Salary, benefits.

Starting salary:
$9.00-9.50 per hour
