Salem Drive leads down the hill to Salem Residential facilities, tucked into the valley off Lower New Germany Road.

FARMHOUSE

The 150-year-old farmhouse contains therapy rooms and Residential offices.

MATTHEW HOUSE

Around the Circle, Matthew House is the first of four children's homes. It is one of three Group Homes.

ANDREW HOUSE

Next to Matthew House, Andrew House is also a Group Home. Like the rest, it has beds for eight children.

THOMAS HOUSE

Constructed in 1986, Thomas House was the first children's residence to be built. Like the others, it includes two houseparent bedrooms.

JAMES HOUSE

James House provides short-term Shelter and Respite Care.

TYPICAL BEDROOM

Children's bedrooms are spacious, cozy, and personal.

SALEM SCHOOL

First opened in March 2006. this brand new facility is a state of the art environment for learning.

LIBRARY

The new library offers a quiet place for work and study.

KITCHEN

The kitchen in the new school is utilized year-round, for school lunches and summer program.

STABLE AND ARENA

The horse stable (left) and the indoor arena make possible a full range of horsemanship activities year-round.

STABLE INTERIOR

Children learn compassion, confidence and responsibility through working with horses, both in the stable and out.

BALL FIELD

Outdoor recreation is emphasized as part of a healthy lifestyle at Salem.

Salem School and Main Offices are located on Lower New Germany Road. Residential facilities are clustered at the bottom of Salem Drive.
